Methods of payments

We accept all major credit cards, Bank issued debit cards, wire transfers.

Smoking Policy

It is important for us to provide a superior experience  for all of our clients. Smoking in the vehicles is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated a $250.00 fee will be imposed.

Driving Area

Vehicles are to remain within the state of Pennsylvania. You must have prior written approval to cross state lines. 

Cancellation Policy 

All reservation can be cancelled up to 7 days before rental start date for a full refund. If reservation is cancelled 7 day or less the deposit will be forfeited. If reservation is made less then 7 days you have a full 24 hours to cancel without a charge.

Additional drivers

If you would like to share your experience with another driver , up to two additional drivers can be added under the contract. There is a daily fee of $24.99 per additional driver. Additional driver must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. 

Fuel Policy

All of our vehicles require Premium/93 octane gas. Please return your rental with the same has level as delivered. If we need to refuel the vehicle a surcharge will be applied. 

Rental Period 

Our rentals are calculated on a 24 hour basis, a single day rental is a ful 24 hour period from the time the vehicle is delivered. 

Security Deposit 

All vehicles have a required security deposit. The required deposit depends on the vehicle class. Please talk to your rental specialist for complete details. 

Delivery/Pick up Service? 

We are proud to be able to offer delivery and pick up services. Up to 25 miles from 6801 Tilghman Street Unit 125 Allentown, PA 18106  are Free of charge anything after 25 miles is subject to a charge. Please request this with your Rental Specialist and your quote will include your delivery fee.  Reservations can be delivered to a requested hotel, public/private airport, and so forth. Please provide a 1 hour window for delivery and is subject to availability. 

Refund Policy

Lehigh Luxury Rentals does not provide any refunds for open and signed contracts. We do offer refunds for reservations 100% refund for reservations dates longer than 7 days. If you have any concerns during your rental period, please contact us immediately so we can make necessary arrangements to keep your satisfied with our service.

Tickets, Parking Violations, & other fees.

Renters are responsible for any and all parking tickets, towing charges, traffic or speeding violations, towing, and any other fees issued during rental period along with the incurred cost. 

No Guarantees 

While we do our very best to offer a seamless rental experience for all our clients, at times unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle color. if for some reason the vehicle you reserved is not available we will provide you with a vehicle of equal or greater value. 

Prohibited use of vehicle

The vehicle shall not be used (1) in violation of any law, ordinance or regulation, (2) by any person who is under the influence of intoxicants, narcotics or drugs, (3) if any automobile, for the transportation of persons or property for hire, (4) in any race, test, or competitive event, (5) outside the state in which the vehicle was rented without Lessor’s prior consent, (6) by any person not listed on the signed rental agreement, (7) by any person under the age of 21, (8) to push or tow any vehicle except with Lessor’s prior written consent.

Mileage Allowance

Each vehicle gets 200 complimentary miles per day. If you would like additional mileage, please speak to your rental specialist for mileage packages prior to rental. If you exceed miles during your rental and no additional mileage was purchused there will be a per mile fee based on the vehicle class. 

One Way Rentals

We understand that our clients travel plans may include an alternate departure city, therefore we may approve a one-way rental with an additional charge. Please discuss your travel plans with a Sales Executive for more information.

Grace Period

As a courtesy, we provide a 1 hour grace period on all rental returns. After this grace period has expired, an hourly rate will be charged. Any returns 6 hours past the return time will be considered an additional day.
